This pho place never disappoints! The service is great, and they give you a lot of pho noodles in every bowl. The food is always consistently good, and the tempura shrimp is perfectly crispy. A solid and satisfying spot whenever you’re craving pho!

I ordered my food to go, but I got the Seafood Pho with grilled chicken spring rolls. First of all, the grilled chicken spring rolls were AMAZING. I would definitely get that again. The Seafood Pho tasted pretty nice, good portions, but honestly I’d prefer if the options for the Seafood Pho weren’t the imitation crab and instead replaced with real crab…you’d think they would use real crab because it’s right next to a store that sells fresh seafood!

I’m always on the hunt for good pho and have tried almost every spot in the Kent area. This spot is legit and I’m excited to have a spot to come back to. - Flavorful broth that’s well balanced. Isn’t spice forward or beef forward, just very tasty and balanced. Slight sweetness that is welcome and not too much at all. - Tender beef and good amount of meat for the price. Tendon was melty, meatballs were bouncy, tripe was fresh. - Great texture on noodles! Not overdone and doesn’t fall apart. - They offer hot tea for free. - Restaurant is spacious and clean! The waitress let everybody seat themselves wherever they want so it was great to have some distance away from other guests especially during cold and flu season. Waitress was also very friendly, attentive, and quick. - They even have their own clean restroom for diners, separate from the mall ones. This restaurant is located inside the 99 ranch market complex, to the right of 99 ranch. Compared to other nearby popular spots: - much more flavorful than Pho Cat Sang where the broth is very light - better balanced and less sweet than Pho Saigon Garden which is flavorful but too sweet for my preference - more balanced with spices than Pho Lam which is very yummy but really beef forward

This place is under new management. The food is way better than before. I bought the Bun Rieu and Bun Mam as well as fried rice. The ingredients for Bun Rieu is fresh. The Bun Mam is perfectly made. The broth is not as strong as other places. I ate the entire bowl. Its perfect. I recommend going there if you are in the Kent/Renton area.

SO good. I’m delighted by the sheer variety of the menu - they have bun Bo hue and bun rieu which seems pretty rare for the east side. I also really enjoy the lemongrass porkchop plate - the portions are generous and everything is extremely well seasoned, and the price is low for the area. I come to this shopping mall to grab groceries from 99 ranch and try something new from this place whenever I can, even though I live in Bellevue. Love it!

I ordered steak & tendon pho and when it came out I was kind of disappointed on how little of steak & tendon it had… but then again the large pho was only $13.95 so I just regretted not ordering extra large which was about $19. But the pho it self tasted good! I even got my self extra noodles lol it was not that busy when I went like an hour before closing during the week. Nice place to grab pho before grocery shopping!

Clean, great price and portion. I got number 1 pho with everything in it and a1 spring role and Vietnamese coffee, complimentary hot tea and everything was great. Broth is full flavor and the meat super tender. I never put hot sauce in my bowl cause I like to appreciate the hard work put into the broth and let me tell you… by far one of the best spots I’ve been to. I came to Kent for work and I’m glad I stopped by here. Btw spring rolls come with four pieces…. I was hungry and ate one before I even thought about taking a pic. You would expect an older Vietnamese lady walk out the kitchen but the person that walked out was a young man. Makes me think that he learned from his grandmother back in the day or something cause you can taste the passion and effort put into his food. I told him the meal was great and he was smiling like a true chef and hospitable person would when you appreciated their hard work. Great guy and great energy. Waitress was awesome as well and she made sure I got everything I needed. Went to 99 ranch and bought a whole bunch of stuff I didn’t need and ate here. Great meal after walking around the market thinking about what i needed for two hours.
